Obtained Contractor’s license in 1975, founded Mike Carter Construction, Inc. in 1977.  Responsibilities include administration, management, and client development for all operations of a commercial design / build company. Mike Carter Construction, Inc. was founded in Manatee County and has remained there over 40 years.
